Water has no value in Quest for Glory 4 and the hero has no reason drinking or carrying it although it can be put in an Empty Flask and used to drink later[1].
The hero can try giving it to the Bad Place Domovoi only to get subtly hinted to use Rehydration Solution instead.[2]
