Details may include information from Hero-U and Summer Daze, other published sources (pre-QFG & later) including books, comics, documentation and DnD supplements. List[]

  • Seasonal timeline (timeline based loosely on Tetralogy concept, QFG1-4 occurs within a 1-2 year period)
  • TASG timeline (other than a few paradoxical references, see HERO: The Journal of General Job Adjusting: Issue IV: this can fit into a single year timeline)
  • One-year timeline (A QFG and Hero-U timeline in which events of QFG took place over a single-year period, some twenty years before Hero-U. However, its not compatible with How To Be A Hero)
  • Two-year timeline (A QFG and Hero-U timeline in which events of QFG/How To Be A Hero took place over a two-year period, some twenty years before Hero-U) [1] Note: This is also less likely to fit with How To Be A Hero since it was supposed to take place over several years.

  1. Corey has also alleged another possible timeline variant where the QFG may have taken place over a two-year period of time: "Shadows of Darkness was originally planned to be Quest for Glory III, but I'm not sure that affects the timeline. The Hero would have gone to Mordavia a few months, possibly a year, after his desert adventures."
