Mayzun was the handmaiden of Zayishah daughter of the Emir Ali al-Din Hasan. She had served her mistress since childhood but then became her slave when Ad Avis brought slavery to Raseir. Mayzun helped Zayishah to contact the Hero when he travelled to Raseir during Quest for Glory II: Trial by Fire, as she was forced to marry Khaveen. In exchange for the Hero helping Zayishah to escape the city, Mayzun promised the help of the Harem women during the Hero's infiltration of the palace.
She tied a scarf near the palace gates to signal to him and the women of the harem helped to hide him from the Eunuchs guards.
When Ad Avis had been defeated, Mayzun helped the Hero convince Emir Ali al-Din Hasan to come out of hiding (in his bedroom) and promise to restore Raseir to its former state.

- If the Hero attempts to
kiss zayishahshe will look at him menacingly. - If the Hero attempts to leave Zayishah, he will be arrested resulting to a game over. However, after helping Zayishah, the Hero can spend time with Mayzun, who warns him that the guards are coming, and they must not see him talking with her (as it is forbidden). If the player stays (around 5') the guards come but will not result to a game over: the Hero will be taken directly to the Raseir dungeon. This way the player can "jump" the following day in Raseir, where there is almost nothing to do.
