Baba Yaga put a curse on the graveyard near Spielburg (unofficial) so that the spirit of the Baroness von Spielburg (unofficial) could not rest.
ZZT universe[]
Baba Yaga tries to kill Daforgo and his allies casting Wound All and Wave. Daforgo is able to occasionally reflect Wave back at her, causing huge damage. The soldiers attempt to use their bows on her. One soldier is occasionally able to cast the Spell of thunder at her. Finally after damaging her enough, Baba Yaga dies! Daforgo and his allies win the battle.
After defeating Baba Yaga, Daforgo free Bernard, who was still locked up in the cage. The soldiers left to tell the Baron of the good news. Benard as haughty a person that he is claimed he didn't need Daforgo's help and it wouldn't have been long until he freed himself.
Later the now dead but still animated Baba Yaga attended the wedding of Daforgo and Elsa Von Spielburg. She was upset that the hero killed her, such a mean and wicked witch such as herself.
AGDI universe[]
Baba Yaga is an infamous ogress witch who once lived in the land of Spielburg and later Mordavia. The animated skull Bonehead once worked for her. But recently took on a job working for Hagatha. According to one story, she is said to be the sister of the ogress Hagatha, and once co-ruled over Kolyma.
Gwydion may have accidentally met Baba Yaga. If he looked behind the tapestry outside his bedroom, he finds himself transported into Baba Yaga's hut. She tells him he shouldn't be there, she cast a paralysis spell on him, and told that he shouldn't be snooping around. She then wondered if Manannan knew he was there. However she decided it didn't matter, and that she wanted Alexander for dinner, turning him into Goat Head Gumbo.
